AJB Birthdays run their parties out of Perdiswell Leisure Centre in Worcester, or we can come to a venue of your choosing in Worcestershire.

We can be flexible with our birthday parties and venues and this is why we offer different packages, one with a venue included (Perdiswell) and two without a venue, when we will come to you.

We are available to run birthday parties almost every weekend and can be flexible for you and your child.

Our Purple package at Perdiswell Leisure Centre has set available times, each weekend:

• Saturdays: 1:30pm – 3:00pm & 3:00pm – 4:30pm
• Sundays: 1:30pm – 3:00pm & 3:00pm – 4:30pm

Purple Package

• Venue Included – Perdiswell Leisure Centre
• 1 Hour of Activities led by AJB staff
• 30 Minutes in the studio for cake and food led by Parents
• Cost – £210

Silver Package

• Venue Not included – we can come to you
• 1 Hour of Sports Activities led by AJB staff
• Medals for the winning team
• Cost – £125

Gold Package

• Venue Not included – we can come to you
• 1.5 Hour of Sports Activities led by AJB staff
• Medals for the winning team
• Cost – £200

All packages include (as an extra) Stickers, Birthday T-shirt from AJB and a free day at our holiday camp.

Birthday Parties

AJB Sports in Education acknowledges the duty of care to safeguard and promote the welfare of children and is committed to ensuring safeguarding practice reflects statutory responsibilities, government guidance and complies with best practice and Ofsted requirements.

As part of our safeguarding policy AJB Sports in Education can confirm that all employees will be subject to Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checks and other checks before commencing work with the company.

Our AJB staff will bring all of the main sports equipment for your party, for example footballs, dodgeballs, cones, bibs and other sports equipment.

We then work with the venue that we have, in order to design a perfect party for you with some fun games

Yes, if you choose the Purple package, simply tell us what dates you are looking for, we will tell which dates and times are available and we will take care of the booking of the centre for you.

If you have any questions for Perdiswell (e.g. the studio) then we recommend calling them to get the updated information from them.

Safety and staff to children ratios are very important to us at our Birthday parties. 

Our packages include (depending which you choose) 24 to 30 children. If you have more than 30 children attending then please let us know, as we will need to add an extra staff member, at an additional charge.

Absolutely, we have a list of games that we recommend for parties and a structure to the party that we usually use. However, we work with all families to ensure we are tailoring the party to your child. We will make suggestions on games and activities and work closely with you, to ensure we can run the best party for you.

No, parents do not have to stay, however they are more than welcome to and there is more than enough space to watch.

No, we do not provide food and drinks for the party. This would be the parents. At Perdiswell, we have a studio with chairs and tables for you to use, however AJB do not provide the food.

We run Multi Sports, Football and Nerf Gun Parties (or a combination). Here are just a few ideas:
