The Active Minds programme is designed for Year 1 to Year 6 pupils.

Active Minds offers flexible delivery options to suit the needs of your school. Our programmes can be delivered as whole-class workshops, year group sessions, targeted interventions, themed wellbeing days, staff CPD training or whole-school initiatives.
We work closely with schools to tailor delivery around their priorities, ensuring maximum impact for pupils and staff.

Yes, we work closely with our partners to provide a hybrid model of training. Online training to work through our online platform and resources. Then a practical training sessions as well is available, where Active Mind staff will deliver a practical Active Minds session followed by your staff running a session with our feedback and best practice ideas.
Our support does not stop there, we work closely with partners to be available and on hand for support, when needed. We are more than happy to continually offer support.
Active Minds helps children develop the knowledge, skills and confidence needed to support positive mental health, emotional wellbeing and healthy lifestyle choices. Our workshops bring key PSHE topics to life through active, interactive and memorable learning experiences.
As part of the Active Minds programme, data is supplied on a childs development throughout the programme. This is great to evidence funding, learning taking place or further areas of support needed.

Yes, we designed Active Minds so that it can be delivered by our own staff and your school staff as well. We provide resources to help with the set up of lessons, good practice ideas and ways to keep yourself and children safe throughout the lessons.
Schools can hire our staff to come in and deliver the program, or purchase the scheme of work and deliver it yourselves.

Physically Active Learning (PAL) is an approach to teaching that combines movement and physical activity with classroom learning. Instead of sitting for long periods, pupils actively engage in lessons through movement-based tasks, games and challenges that reinforce key learning objectives.
Physically Active Learning can be used across a range of subjects including Maths, English, Science, PSHE and wellbeing, helping children learn while they move.
